Can you change the button style of a graded question? May 31, 2018 By Daniel Young I am using the multiple answer question, which has square checkboxes and I'd like it to be a circular radial button instead. Is this possible?

Industry standard is for a single answer choice radio buttons are used and for multiple answer choice checkboxes are used. You could use a freeform question type and customise yourself but it could be confusing to users.
