I'm loving the video support in Storyline but I need to get some very precise cuts w/in a video file and the mouse only control makes it very time consuming and farily hit and miss.
Is there any way to get more precise control of the editor? Idealy I could cut at a precise frame but any kind of jog/shuttle controll would be great.
Yeah, the built-in video editor allows you to trim the ends of a video, but not cut frames within the video. For more precise editing, you'd need to export the video and use a third-party tool.
More video editing functionality would make a great feature request though.
I've been trying to find information for editing video within storyline. The previous comments were from 4 years ago. Has anything changed in that time and can someone point me in the right direction, please?

Hi Michelle! Here's a tutorial on editing video in the latest release of Storyline. Let me know if you have more specific questions.
