There is no option to import published content. You do need the .story file that the published content is based on. If you don`t have the source (.story) anymore, you can try displaying the published content inside a Storyline webobject.
I only have the .html and all the published web content folders. Since I publish to the web and have the same folders, I thought I might be able to import a web file back into Articulate. Thank you so much Michael for your helpful information.

I've used screen capture tools to record a video of prior tutorials I did not have the original files for any longer, crude, but works in a pinch.
