Just curious what is the process to importing swf into storyline. Also if they have interaction in them like continues' and etc... Would those still work?
Actions will not work, you can insert from the insert menu, not sure putting swfs in isa good idea for futureproofing they will not work in the HTML5 content
The dilemma that I have is the course isn’t showing for my audience in it’s current state. I needed quick fix to see if it could be done and was thinking that maybe pushing them through storyline might’ve been a good idea. The kicker is I don’t want to have to recreate the course.

Do you want to insert a flash based course into storyline and then publish?
It might work if the swf does not reference root, but it would only work in flash. I am guessing you are looking for a quick way to get your course working in html5

Yes if that could be done. Outside of that I would have to like screen record then import as mp4 and overlay the audio and interactions.
