I am wondering if there is a way to record how long a student/user takes to complete a course, either in activity format or in a quiz format in Articulate, that is uploaded to my school's LMS?
I know you can record if the course is completed or not, but I wanted to know if there was an integrated component to Articulate, that allows the instructor to view time?

I believe those are functions of your LMS. We use Cornerstone and it displays that information like this:
