Cannot access Content from iPad

Dear Articulate

I have until now tested my eLearning course on a iPad with no problems. However, it is not working anymore. When I click on the URL, the program starts up, continues to Articulate Player, ask me to Launch  - but then I get a message saying: Cannot access Content.


My content is saved on a internal webserver and I publish to Web.


Can you help me?

Hi, Anne-mette -- So sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties! Have you had an opportunity to review this information on when you encounter the "Cannot Access Content" error message? Please let us know if the suggestions listed there do the trick, and if issues persist, you are welcome to share your file and I will run some testing on my iPad for you. :)
