I'm having trouble accessing the programs I've saved? When I try to do so, I get a pop-up that says: "The file " is being used by another process or you do not have the proper security permission to access this resource."
You'll want to confirm that you're working with local project files as described here. If you're seeing the behavior on all your files, you may also want to look at repairing Storyline as described here.
I too am having the same problem. The program was functioning properly and was able to save "once"-- I am now unable to open or save without receiving the issue mentioned prior.
Thank You. We have tried the suggested steps, but the issue continues. In addition, we have applied recent update (#6).
Could someone contact me to discuss directly as this delay is impacting 50k learners.
