Cannot access the Player option

I am unable to access the Player option in Storyline 360. I always get an Articulate Storyline Error Report pop-up when I click on the Player option. I want to modify the 'invalid answer' lightbox when a user clicks on submit button without selecting an answer and for this, I need to get access to the Player option. 

I have sent an error report a number of times but yet am unable to use the Player option.
