I just purchased Storyline 2 and successfully download and installed the Storyline 2 and Replay program files. I cannot download the character bundles. I have used Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers. They all start the download process and I have downloaded more than 200 MBs. Then the download stops I get the message "unknown network error".
I normally use Chrome, but I also tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer
also with no success

You may want to try this. Go to Chrome's advanced settings/Network/Change proxy settings/Lan settings/unclick all boxes and save. This should work for Internet Explorer as well. Let us know if this works for you.

This could have something to do with your proxy settings in your browser. Which browser are you downloading this from?
