Cannot Download Storyline 2 Character Bundle

Hi,

I just purchased Storyline 2 and successfully download and installed the Storyline 2 and Replay program files.  I cannot download the character bundles.  I have used Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers. They all start the download process and I have downloaded more than 200 MBs.  Then the download stops I get the message "unknown network error".

Any ideas?

Hello Greg,

You may want to try this. Go to Chrome's advanced settings/Network/Change proxy settings/Lan settings/unclick all boxes and save. This should work for Internet Explorer as well. Let us know if this works for you.
