Cannot email published course

I have tried to email the published course for review and received the following message:

An error has been encountered while preparing the email. Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client (MS Outlook) cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please install or configure your mail client as the default mail client. Error code (2B)

I have engaged our IT department , the disposition from them is that there is nothing wrong with Outlook on my end.

Can you tell me more about how you tried creating this email? Do you have Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer?

It looks like you have Articulate 360, so to make things easier, I would suggest publishing the Storyline file to Articulate Review. Then, email the link to your published content to your reviewers. Because content in Articulate Review is hosted online, you can be sure all of the features will work correctly.
