I'm trying to insert a simple .mp4 into a SL 3 project and repeatedly get a message saying SL 3 might need to close. It then places a little rectangle labeled "Video" in the middle of the slide. In the timeline, there's a little 3-second item marked SWF 1.
There's another video that was imported into the project when it was a SL 2 with no problem. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide....Paula

What Storyline 3 update are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
Do you experience this behavior when trying to import any .MP4 or a particular one?
Would you mind sharing the troublesome .MP4 file with me? You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll try to import it on my end, and will delete it once we nail down the culprit!
