Cannot import PowerPoint Animations, Glossary, and Resources

I am unable to import my existing PowerPoint animations. All are imported, merged into one track, and then appear simultaneously at the beginning of the first animation. This thread states the importation of PowerPoint "Fade" animations are supported, but they don't import for me:

Also, my previous PowerPoint Articulate had "Glossary" and "Resources" sections which did not import.

My IT team reinstalled my Articulate 360 software, but that didn't fix my problem. Please advise.
