Cannot Install Character Bundle

I received a free Volume 1 Character Bundle when I purchased Storyline 2 and Replay. However, the Bundle will not install. I clicked on the link in the activation email, downloaded the .exe and receive an error when I try to run it. I have also tried downloading the zip file and receive a different error. See the attachment for the errors. I was able to install S2 and Replay without issue. Please help. Thank you.

the error message about the zip looks like you haven't extracted the files first. Also, are you right clicking the .exe file and selecting 'run as administrator' and using the character bundle license number not the storyline license number?
Hi, Wendy. I get the InstallShield Wizard error when I run as administrator. I do not get a chance to put in the license number. I get the zip error when I try to open the folder to extract the files. Thanks.
When I right-click on the zip folder and select Extract All, I get a message that the zip folder is empty - even though the size is 165 MB.
After many retries, I finally got it to install. Thanks.
