Cannot log into articulate 360

Not sure if this is the right place to ask. I am hoping that someone can help me. I am fairly new to storyline/rise 360. I am logged into Rise not a problem when I am trying to open a project on Storyline 360 it prompts me for my password. I have tried the same password as my Rise 360 but it is not letting me in. when I click on forgot password it takes be to another window where it is asking me to update 360 app. Unfortunately I cannot download this at present onto my laptop therefore I was wondering if there was any other way I could reset my password without having to go through the update straightaway. Any help in this would be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance. Bene

I've opened up a support case on your behalf and reached out to help via e-mail.
I am using Articulate 360 since 2 years, also last week, now this week I also cannot log in anymore. Same issue as above. I cannot update Articulate Storyline, because our templates need to be reworked and this cannot be done before December.

I'm sorry you aren't able to log in! I've started a case for you so that we can walk through the troubleshooting steps. For reference, your case number is 02035063.
I too am unable to log into Storyline. I only began having this issue when I started using Rise.

The same thing is happening to me. I can log in here to the e-learning community but not in Articultae 360 - when I press forgot passwork a page opens up and wants me to update 360. I can´t do that.. just want to be able to log in first :)

same thing here. Login form is white and empty except service condition link and forgot password ;-(

Can you also open a support ticket for me? I updated the app, but now when I open it, it asks me to sign in. I click the link to sign in, but nothing happens.
