Every time I open Storyline 360, I receive a message that states I need to login. When I select login, the longin window pops up, but it is blank. There is no space for me to enter my user name or password. I've been having this issues for almost a week, and thus far have been unable to access Storyline. How do I fix this?
I would try opening the Articulate 360 desktop app. From within it you can manage your profile and account, check for updates, and run diagnostics. If the Articulate 360 desktop app shows you as logged in and everything is up to date, uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline 360 might be your next best step. If none of that helps I would contact support.
