I was working with the Articulate Story-line till last week and I cannot open that on this week. I am not getting any error messages or anything - when I click on the project it opens the Articulate window but does nothing after. Please help me find a resolution.

Hi Leslie, I have tried everything recommended in the troubleshoot page, nothing worked. I don't know what to do... It was a huge project for me and now I lost it all... Please tell me what I can/have to do next. Thanks.

Hi Vijaya! Can you try to import your project into a new file? Sounds like something may have become corrupted.
