Cannot Pass Quiz w/Correct Answers

I have a course with a pre-quiz and Final Quiz. The pre-quiz is fine and shows a score of 100% when I answer the 5 questions correctly. Even though I answer all 8 of the final questions correctly, I cannot pass the Quiz and it does not show complete on the LMS. I just tested this in Scorm Cloud and even though I answered the questions I only received 87.5 % correct and it shows as failed.
When I preview this in Storyline, it passes because the points pass. I have noticed that in the Result Slide Properties, the Result Slide for the final quiz does not appear in the drop down. The questions appear but not the slide number.
This project was originally done in Articulate and then imported into Storyline and then broken into two parts. I am sure something happened in that process but do not know what. I also don't know how to correct this.

Hi Jeffrey! Looks like Dipti is trying to assist you here, and I must admit I'm not following what the issue is either. Hopefully your file will help us understand.
