Cannot re-activate serial number on same machine after re-imaging

Hi There,
I recently had my computer re-imaged at work to update from Windows XP to Windows 7, and we had to uninstall Storyline to do this. Now that I'm trying to re-install, it's telling me I've exceeded the number of machines for that serial number... but it's the SAME machine. Did we not uninstall all the components or something? I know there's that little exe.file that you have to clean up when repairing or re-installing (at least that's what I remember from the last time something like this happened)... but I can't remember how to find it... is that the correct solution? I need to be able to use this tool today, as I'm under deadline for a work project. Please help!! Thank you!
