Cannot resume courses in Storyline 2

Our issues regarding this may be local to our own LMS, but I'm wondering if there are any known problems regarding resuming courses for others. Ever since we upgraded from Storyline 1 to 2, having changed nothing about courses before republishing them in Storyline 2, we can't get them to resume. It doesn't matter which reporting version we use, SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or Tincan, all of them won't resume (or even prompt to resume, for that matter). The only exceptions are Tincan when using the Articulate Mobile Player on iOS and Tincan. The strange thing is that when using Fiddler 2 to watch requests and responses coming to and from the LMS, we see Suspend Data just as it should be. Can anyone offer some help? If you need more information, just ask.

Have you tested this in the SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same behavior? You may want to check the course there to rule out whether or not this is LMS specific.
Yes, it does work properly in SCORM cloud.

You may want to look at the information here about troubleshooting your LMS.
Also, FYI, when you use the "reply" button from the email, your email signature will copy into the post. You can click on the Edit button to remove this. To avoid this, click on the title of the thread to be directed right to the thread to post.

You may want to reach out to the IT team for your LMS to see if they have any solutions. Also, if you can share the name of your LMS, maybe other who use the same may have some advice or ideas.
