Starting today, when I click to open my player settings window, it appears transparent and I cannot do anything, including closing that window or exiting Storyline. I updatee Storyline and Windows, as well as rebooted computer. It literally appears as transparent with a very faint border around it.
Could really use the community/staff assistance on this one. And, of course, as luck would have it, I am working on a big project as a contract designer and have two modules to finish up that are due mid-day today.
