Cannot update Storyline 360

I receive a notification popping up a few times now saying if I do not update, I will not be able to use Storyline. Every time I tried to update, the installation screen popped up and the installation bar would run up until almost to the end and it would hang there indefinitely (I did not have the app open). So it looks like I am unable to update. My current version is v3.24.17733.0. 

Is there something I'm missing in trying to update?

Hi Anchalee,

I'd agree with Jerry's idea, that it may be a good idea to fully uninstall Articulate 360 and install the latest version. We're on Storyline 360, build 3.31.19951.0, and with some changes, we made to our log in experience we'll want to have users on the latest updates soon.
