I have created an eLearning that works fine when I preview it. It even works locally on my CPU when I publish it, but when I upload it to be viewed from a browser (IE and Chrome) I cannot hear the sound on any slide. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
Is the course hosted on a web server or a learning management system? Also, would you be willing to share the source .story file with me for testing? You can share it privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it after taking a thorough look!
The source files are going to be hosted in a learning management system on my company's server. The company has used Storyline as it's primary authoring tool since version 1 and there are hundreds of courses loaded into our LMS on the company server. Im not sure as to why this problem with the audio/video/animations is happening now. Some of the older courses are not working properly as well. I will attach the source .story file in the private area.

Yes, Len, in cases like these do have the Articulate folks take a look. --Daniel
Thanks for sharing your file with me for a closer look, Len. I'll be in touch in our case with my findings soon!
Thank you for your reply Daniel.
Thank you for your replies and looking into this Katie. It doesn't make any sense to me yet as to what could be occurring..
