cant log in

Hello 

My name is Yuliana, I can access to my account to use my storyline I have reset my password, my boss has send me the invitation to use the Articulate 360 and still can log in I use to have email yulianarodriguez@teletech.com but company change and is now yuliana.rodriguez@ttec.com. If I log in with old address it gives me this msg

and if I try to log in with this email address Yuliana.rodriguez@ttec.com I get msg that this email is on use. 

Can you help me ?

Thank you for reaching out!

I am sorry that you are running into this snag. What might help here is to completely close out of the application and then try to sign back in using yuliana.rodriguez@ttec.com. You can completely shut-down the Desktop application by:

  • Navigating to your system tray (this is located near the clock on your desktop)
  • Right-click on the Articulate icon, then click on Quit
  • After shutting down the Desktop Application, you will want to re-launch it and you will be prompted to log back in
