Canvas LMS

Sorry that's happening! I know that's got to be frustrating. I have a couple of questions for you:

• What browser were you using? These are supported for Storyline 2. 
• You mentioned that the file includes interactive video. Are you using a SWF file? SWF files are supported in Flash output, so you'll want to be sure you're using a Flash-enabled browser.
• Have you had a chance to test your file in another learning management system? SCORM Cloud is a good option. It's industry standard, and it's free!

If you'd like some help testing in SCORM Cloud, attach your file here. I'll take care of the rest!

Thanks for responding.  :)

• I'm using Chrome (most current version)
• The videos are usually recorded in Storyline and then the interactivity is added.  
• The zip files work fine in SCORM cloud.
• I am using Storyline 360

I think it's probably my LMS but your question about the type of file (SWF) makes me wonder if I am publishing it incorrectly to allow for interactivity.

Thanks for those details, Erin! If you recorded the videos in Storyline, then they would not be SWF files. I'm also thinking this is related to your LMS since everything is working normally in SCORM Cloud.
