I'm adding caption boxes to a screen recording to provide the learner with further information. All the text is showing as being the same font and size, however this is not how it is being displayed on the screen. The font jumps smaller and bigger dependent on the amount of text in the box. Changing the size of the box doesn't make any improvements either.

Hi Lucy:
To correct the issue, right click a Caption box and select Format Shape.
In the Format Shape dialogue, select Text Box from the left menu.
Select the Do not Autofit radio button and the Close button. The caption will now resize to fit the text.

Make sure your Text Box properties have the Autofit option set to "Do Not Autofit" and the font size you set will stick.
