First, I want to thank everyone who has quickly responded to all of my questions over the last few weeks. I had to learn Storyline by fire and I couldn't have done it without this forum and all the friendly experts.
Now my question - when I use the caption that looks like a "thought bubble", the text never aligns properly on the left/right margins. The text always overlaps the outline of the caption bubble. I've tried setting the caption to "Resize shape to fit text" and it makes it worse - it decreases the size of the bubble too much. I attached a screenshot.
I think the simplest solution would be to put in extra line breaks when the text gets close to the edge of the thought bubble. Pressing SHIFT + ENTER should drop the text down.
Hi, Cindy -- We're always happy to help! Speaking of which, in addition to Jason's suggestion, you may want to take a moment to look at a few older threads on a similar topic (even if they may have been intended for Presenter rather than Storyline) to give you some inspiration on other possibilities that are available!

Hi Cindy,

Hope that helps :)
