Hi Darren! Sorry you are having issues with Captions in your Storyline block!
I would love to help you troubleshoot, I just have a few clarifying questions:
Is this happening with all Storyline blocks or just this one in particular?
Is this happening when previewing the course or when viewing the published content?
Have they tried using a different browser, clearing the cache, or rebooting the hardware?
If you'd like you can share your project with us here, or privately through a support case so we can investigate this. We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete!
I do not have access to the Storyline block or rise module at this stage as it is an external vendor that is developing this course for us. It applies to all of the videos in each Storyline block. It is a published test version that we are using. different browsers are being used. I am working with the vendor to ask them to make a few changes to see if it can be changed.
Yes, all are the same size. We are currently investigating this ourselves as it seems to be hit and miss on who it effects irrespective of browsers, screen resolution and browser zoom settings.
