captioning for 508 compliance

We need to add the narration to our Storyline product and after watching the following video,

there are 3 ways discussed...all of which are viable.  If we chose to put out audio transcript in the notes section, can we change the notes tab in the player to read "transcription" as in the above tutorial? If so, please explain.
