Really sorry for the trouble! Our team is seeing the same problem. We're working on a solution as we speak -- until it's ready, you can work around the issue by using the player setting "Lock Player at optimal size."
Hey Jaipal. I'm excited to let you know that we just released update 21 for Storyline 360! It includes new features and fixes - check them all out here.
One of the fixes addresses an issue where closed captions sometimes disappeared in HTML5 when using the classic player.
Here’s how you can update Storyline 360 to take advantage of everything the latest release has to offer. Let me know how you make out!
Unfortunately, I just noticed that closed captions are not working in the latest version of Storyline 360 with Chrome Version 72.0.3626.109 (Official Build) (64-bit) in HTML5

Addendum, if in FULL SCREEN the captions are not working with the above scenario.

It looks like the old bug is back.
Further addendum -
Captions to appear to be working in Full Screen on Chrome for the earlier version Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Thanks for letting us know what's going on. We've seen similar behavior in Chrome 72, so you're not alone. I see you also opened a case, and one of our Support Engineers will reach back out to you shortly. I'll also keep an eye on your case as it moves forward!

You are quite welcome! Hopefully the issue can be addressed in short order.
Good news! We fixed the issue you reported where there were issues with how the view mode screen recordings wouldn't reset when revisiting the slide. Install the latest Storyline 360 update to take advantage of all the recent features and fixes. Here's how.
If the problem happens again, please record a Peek 360 screencast for me, and I'll be happy to help!
