I am using captions and hot spots to let the audience click through things. I want the caption to stay up until the person clicks, but they are disappearing. I have all of the captions set to show until the end of the slide. Is there anything else I can do to make it show until they click?
There aren't any layers that I know of, but take a look if you don't mind. Show until end leaves them until the end of the timeline, but then they disappear if someone hasn't yet clicked on it. So if the viewer didn't see where to click, they have to guess.

are they on a layer? Is the layer closing?
If not posting a slide would help, show until end should keep them there

It is a simple one they have exit animations on them so when the timline is reached they will fade out just set the animation to none
