Each slide in my presentation is being advanced by the user as they are stopping to explain items on each screen. My captions for various actions fade out at the end. How can I keep the captions on the screen until the presenter is ready to forward on to the next screen? I have tried using the timeline by setting to "Always show on slide" but that doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

Are your captions linked to the end of the timeline?

Yes they are.
Hi Kathleen,
You probably have an animation on "Exit" on your caption.
Even though the caption is set to Always show on slide or Show until end, when it reaches the end of the timeline the animation is triggered.
Look at it and tell me if it helps.
