Capture score and send it in email

Hi Guys

I am newbie, close to create scramble ...but my issue is this I need to send prize to a winner but in this case since I am not using quiz....How can I send score in my email, Yes I can get Name from Text variable and might be email address as well.

But What I need is Name and score can email me as soon as user click submit 

Any idea
