Capturing a keystroke across a project

Hi.  I am not sure how to search or ask if this one is out there or not.... 

Is there a way to capture a keystroke globally? 

I want a user to be able to hit the H key on their keyboard and be able to go to the home slide.  Is there a way to do this?
