Carousel Interaction Quiz Question

Ok, I love to do this to myself. I cannot do simple things. I am always pushing the envelope of my skills, so to speak.
All right, so I decided to create a pick one free form quiz question. Then, I read where someone recommended using layers to create a carousel affect. So I did that and now I may have messed up the record-keeping aspect I need from the quiz question.
Would one of you amazing ELH people take a look at my file and help me untangle myself from the web I have weaved??? Thank you!

Hi Niki,
Thanks for sharing your file here. I took a look and I didn't see anything marked as the "correct" answer, nor any way in which you were assigning points or record keeping? Could you possibly share a bit more about what you've set up and are seeing work incorrectly - or even a link to the thread where someone recommended this as an option?
Hi, Ashley. So I have the question built out using layers but my question is how do I get Storyline to grade it? If I put the question in the Form View then the content appears on the base layer and I do not want the content there since there is so much text.
I have four answer choices embedded within the layers. I selected which radio button is correct on the appropriate layer but will Storyline grade, record, and track the learner's answer this way?
Hi Niki,
Not off the layer as the question/answer itself is only on the base layer. Have you looked at maybe using an offstage object on the base layer that you could set as the correct answer and change the state to "selected" base on an option the user choose on another layer? I'm just thinking outloud here - but the original design you set this up based off off - was that a quiz question too?
Niki,
I was able to get Storyline to grade it by making a few adjustments. I used what Ashley suggested, by using an off stage object on the base layer. Right now it is set up to be correct when all the boxes are chosen, I added feedback layers in so I could see if the logic was working.
I hope this helps.
Thanks Ashley and Deanna! I really appreciate your help!!
I don't remember if the original idea was....I got the idea from Matthew Guyan.
Thanks Deanna - that's what I was thinking about, just hadn't had a chance to set up the file.
Glad that helped Niki!
