I want to explain the meaning of each of a number of different LED flash rates. The intent is for the user to select a description and then the object (an LED) would flash according to the item condition. The on off timings vary for each condition. I did read one solution using off-screen triggers but I am hoping there is an easier way perhaps by using the time line? Any suggestions please?
I use a simple layer technique with a 1 sec timeline for a flashing Next button maybe something like that would work for.The sample has gaudy colours to demonstrate.
I was able to take your example and tweak it to do what I wanted. I also have some more complex formats to set up so I now can work on them using your example as a start point.
Hi Lesley. The solution works but it is long-winded (no fault of Wendy!) A 'nice to have' would be the ability to include multiple hide layer / display layer periods in the time line for an object :) Maybe one day!
Agree Doug, it was a quick and dirty solution built for a short module that's why it was on every slide. Your suggestion would be a great feature request?
i haven't tried it on the master slide yet - might investigate that
