CBT Not Loading on Mobile

Hello all,

I am having issues with my CBT not loading on mobile unless the user clears their cache between every module.

Has anyone else experienced this or have best practices for avoiding this issue?

We are using Comply365 has our LMS.

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with the mobile version of your course. That sounds frustrating, but I'd be glad to help you out here.

Curious if you experience the same issue when you upload and test the content in SCORM Cloud or if the issue is limited to your LMS? Are you getting an error?

Also, just let me know what Articulate software you are using and what mobile device/browser you are viewing the content in as well.
