I'm having a very odd problem. I published a course to 360 Review for client feedback and all CC appears correctly. I saved the file to my computer and now, when I open the file all CC is missing.
I didn't delete the CC and it's puzzling that the same course renders correctly in Review.
I can send a link to the review course if needed.

1. is there any way to export the course from Review so the CC doesn't have to be re-entered?
That's interesting. If you can still publish to review and they are still there then I would say that they might still be there, but hidden for some reason. You could upload your file here (or to the Help Area where they have a private upload area) and then they could check to see if they can see them.

Is the CC button in the actual story file still, but not showing when you preview or publish it in a non-review format?
And is it a customised CC button, i.e. one that you have created?
I have had a CC button that I created disappear when published and viewed in Chrome, but this was a Chrome issue.
The captions are actually missing from the Storyline files.
When in the SL file, if I click the mp4 the previous edit caption is gone
and I have to add captions again.
Not sure what happened as I even went back to the original master housed
elsewhere and they are gone!

Thank you. I’ll try that.
