I tried to use the instructions in your reply but I still can't see the certificate of completion in my final publish in Storyline 2. How can I get someone to see if I did this correctly?
Ashley, Thanks for your response. That may be the case. I have published the item but I have not uploaded it to the LMS. However, shouldn't I be able to see the certificate if I publish it via the web and look at it like that?
First off just an FYI that responding via email includes your signature here so you're welcome to edit the post and remove that information if you'd like.
Also, testing the content within the local set up (even if published for web) can cause elements or features to not work as expected so that may be why your certificates are not generating.

Hi Maria and welcome to Heroes!
Although we don't support the creation of a certificate, there are a few options mentioned here that you may want to look into.

Hi Evie,
It's not something we offer support for, but you're welcome to share your example here for the community to weigh in. Additionally I would suggest confirming that you're publishing and uploading the the intended environment to properly test.

I will go ahead and upload it to the LMS to see before I share it to the community. Thanks again.
