certificate of completion that works for Flash and HTML5

I've been trolling through the forum archives and am a bit overwhelmed. I need a certificate of completion with the person's name. No need for quiz results. OPTIONAL would be an email automatically generated and a place to enter in the email address of the person it's being sent to (this person would be different for each person completing the course). The important thing, however, is generating a nice-looking certificate of completion that they can either print or email to someone, with their name on it.
Is there a method of doing this that would work through flash AND html5 AND mobile? I found some solutions that wouldn't work on html5, but a lot of my learners will be completing this through their iPads.
Thanks!

Hi Katie,
This is probably the definitive thread for what you are trying to achieve, in particular Page 3. There are a few examples that should work in both Flash and HTML5 outputs.
