change color of rectangles generated by screen capture

Hi Eric,

As you'll see in this article, the initial fill color, line color, etc. are determined by your design theme. You can always change the individual shapes by going to "Format shape."

 I'd like to make a feature request to be able to determine the color of the "call outs" or "rectangles" with one click.  We are developing a simulation heavy course, and the automatic color is not what we are looking for, and we have to go back and change each box individually.  That is, obviously, very tedious and time consuming. 

Please add the feature to determine the color of all boxes with one click.

Hi Eric and Joe! If you change the design theme colors your callouts will all update accordingly. You can either create a new theme or just update the one you're already using.  Accent color 1 is the color of the call outs. 

To update the current theme: 

1. Go to the Design tab

2. Click the Colors drop-down

3. Right-click and select Edit...

4. Change the Accent 1 color

5. Click Save
