How do I stop my iPad defaulting to articulate to open uni Coll aborares. The uni switched from articulate mobile player to Blackboard learn but my iPad defaults to articulate so I cannot access my video lectures. I have tried deleting the app and reformatting the iPad but it still does it. How do I stop it so I can use the blackboard I need to use? Please help, it is very frustrating.
It sounds like your course is opening in the Articulate Mobile player vs. the browser where you'd like to access it? If so, the course was likely published to include HTML5 and the Mobile player as an output option. If you're accessing that on a device which supports the mobile player, it'll always default to that vs. the HTML5 output.
You'd want to publish and not include the mobile player to ensure that you'll open it directly to the HTML5 output and view it in Safari or Chrome.
