Hi, I am trying to replicate the feature included in a template (Business-1214) which I downloaded here. Exactly the one that change the plus icons state to other color like turning a page effect and takes you to another slide. I tried with triggers but it doesn't seems to work. I am new to Storyline please help.
I also didn't see that template when i searched - so as Wendy mentioned if you're able to link to it we can take a look and point you in the right direction. If you have the template - does it not already have triggers applied that you could utilize in your project?
Thank you everyone at last I understood. It was easier than I thought. I am really new to all this and am trying to learn in a very fast time so I haven't seen the tutorials. Now I know how hover works.

I am including it. I will appreciate all the help I can get. I am running late with a presentation and I am trying to fast learn the software.
No need for triggers to replicate the effect.
Just apply the desired hover style to the the 'Hover' state, the object will then change state upon user mouse over.
The only need for a trigger is to jump to the corresponding slide or layer upon user click.
Hi Angela
those states are already built in on the Master slide layout no need to add them to the individual slides

Thanks again.
Glad to hear it Angela! Thanks for the update.
