I wonder if anyone can help. I published a course with Storyline 3, SCORM 2004, and inserted it into the Cloud Scorm LMS. From the complaint of a customer, I found that if the first time I access the course, when opening the window and closing it before loading the course screen, the completion status changes to completed and approved. Without even having navigated the course. Does anyone have a suggestion to eliminate this problem? Note: this does not happen in SCORM 1.2, however I need to use SCORM 2004.

what are the requirements to complete the course? Seen slides? A quiz with result slide?
You should check your settings first. If they are correct and it still doesn´t work, you should contact the support. :)

The requirement to complete the course is the number of slides viewed, which is 140 out of 141 slides.
