I'm trying to switch over to Articulate from Captivate, and while it's been mostly good, I ran into something odd. It seems like the only way to precisely change an objects position is to jump into the size and position window, which seems to obscure my view of the scene. Is there any way to add position to the ribbon? Can you view it from some sort of inspector, like with triggers? It seems like at present, something as simple as precisely changing position of an object is a very roundabout process.
There is a Quick Access bar in Storyline, but the Position window cannot be added to that. There is however a shortcut key (CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER) that will display the Size and Position window for a selected object.
Hey there, Jonathan. I'm glad Michael was able to give you some helpful clarification. Would you want to submit a feature request for placing the size/position function on the ribbon? I can understand the need for that window to be out of the way of your workspace. Thanks!
