There's no way of requesting this? I have 5 modules with 150 questions each that need to be in the same order. Seems like something that could be programmed. I don't see it any different then disabling the next/previous buttons for multiple slides.
While Storyline doesn't currently have a feature that will allow you to change the Shuffle setting to "None" on multiple slides, I can definitely see how that option would save lots of time in larger projects. I'd be happy to submit a feature request for you.

Looks like you reached out with a similar question here and Alyssa popped in to assist, but you would like a different setting than the default.
Each of these question slides would need to be updated individually if you wish to change the shuffle option to 'None'.
