After making a backup of your .story file (good thing anyways) I think you're looking for Design > Story Size (far left of the toolbar). Note - there's a very good chance you'll need to adjust most everything, and going smaller can be a bear... Make a second copy of the .story and try the resize fun w/just a few slides
Looks like Brian has popped in to assist you here, but I wanted to share some documentation in case you or anyone that runs across this thread in the future finds it helpful.
When you create a new Articulate Storyline project, the slide size defaults to 720 pixels wide by 540 pixels high, but you can change it to any size you'd like. Here's how.
