Hello - Is it possible to change the state of an object on a slide layer if the state change is triggered from another slide layer for the same slide? Based on what I'm seeing, I'm able to change the state of an object on either the current layer or on the base layer. However, I would like to be able to change the state of an object on a different layer for that slide. Am I overlooking something or is this something that can't be done? Thanks!
Thanks, Richard, for your quick reply and suggestion! Being as I already had a lot going on in my course, I ended up making some of my existing layers into new slides. This helped simplify things a bit and eliminated the need for me to create several new variables.

You are correct Maria. You will need to use variables like this.
