Change the look of the mousepointer?

Hi,

When inserting a trigger the look of mouse the mouse pointer is automatically set. In general while moving over a trigger abject the mouse changes from an arrow to a pointing hand. Does somebody find out a way how to change the look manually to a question mark or something else?
