Change the state of multiple objects with one command

Aug 23, 2018

Hi, I am building a game in Storyline 360 where I would like the to change the sate of 5 objects on one slide to disabled if a specific variable on another slide is True. Is there a way to do this without having to do a "change state of X to disabled when Variable Y=True" for each object?

The game is a modified Jeopardy game that functions as a "test out". Once a learner clicks on an object the learner is sent to a graded question and the object is disabled.  If the learner gets the question right they are sent back to the main screen to choose another object. If a learner misses a question in the row they are sent directly to a "learning". Once they complete the learning they do not need to answer any more of the "test out" questions in that row. So when the learner returns to the main screen from the learning, I need to have all the objects in that row set to disabled. I created a variable that changes to "true" when the timeline starts on the last slide of the "learning".  I know I can create 5 different "if then statements" but with 5 rows of 5 objects it begins to get really busy in the triggers box.

Thank you.
