We just launched the newest version of Storyline 3 (Build 3.8.20838.0) this morning. This fixed the issue where animations couldn't be removed from multiple objects all at once.
The next step is to update Storyline 3 by downloading the latest update here.

I see the same behaviour - have you logged it with Support?
No. I sometimes get a "your .story is corrupted" so I like to check in here first.
Same here. It been like this for the past few weeks.
WAs reported a while back, bit of a pain, if you keep selecting none it will delete 1 animation each time until it says none
